This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game dibby ("the game", "we", "us") handles information. dibby is published by Malashenkov Anton.
1. What we collect
The game itself does not require an account, sign-in, or registration, and it does not collect or transmit your personal information to us. Your game progress is stored locally on your device.
2. Advertising (third party)
dibby shows advertising through the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK (Yandex Advertising Network). To select and measure ads, this third-party SDK may automatically collect and process technical data, which may include:
- your device's advertising identifier (e.g. Apple IDFA / Google Advertising ID);
- IP address and approximate (coarse) location derived from it;
- device and operating-system information (model, OS version, language, screen);
- ad interaction data (impressions, clicks).
This data is processed by Yandex as an independent controller under its own terms. See the Yandex Privacy Policy for details on what it collects and how to manage it. We do not receive this data in personally identifiable form.
3. Children
dibby is rated suitable for all ages (4+), but it is not directed at children and is not part of the Apple Kids Category or Google Play "Designed for Families" program. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will address it.
4. Your choices and rights
- Limit ad tracking: you can reset or disable your advertising identifier in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising; Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- GDPR (EEA/UK): you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
- CCPA/CPRA (California): we do not "sell" your personal information. You may exercise your privacy rights by contacting us.
5. Data retention
We do not store personal data ourselves. Ad-related data is retained by Yandex according to its own policy.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
